Every year more than 20,000 young adults age out of the foster care system. With no support, these adolescents are abruptly placed into adulthood with no way to defend themselves, leaving them susceptible to homelessness, extreme poverty, and substance abuse.

Launch Pad is on a mission to provide housing assistance and trauma-informed care to young adults ages 18-23 years. Creating a space where older youth feel at home, independent, and have the support and resources they need to succeed in their adult lives.
